Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to Acts' standards and policies

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages or quality issues
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist in menu planning and seasonal recipe development
- Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
