Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or food service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable transportation for timely arrival
  • ability to follow directions and work under pressure
  • willingness to undergo post-offer drug test and criminal background screening

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary school training preferred but not required
  • proven cooking experience in a fast-paced environment
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • passion for quality food preparation and presentation

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • participate in training and development sessions
  • support special events with menu preparation and execution
