Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

  • Availability to work shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Assist in receiving and storing inventory properly
  • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures
