Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Cook seafood, meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items following presentation standards
- Maintain food temperature and kitchen storage conditions
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas and equipment
- Follow all health department guidelines for food handling and storage
- Assist other kitchen staff during peak periods and closing duties
