Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Cook seafood, meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products
  • Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • Plate and garnish cooked items following presentation standards
  • Maintain food temperature and kitchen storage conditions
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas and equipment
  • Follow all health department guidelines for food handling and storage
  • Assist other kitchen staff during peak periods and closing duties
