Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook or higher
- Possession of valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role

Job Duties
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in line with SUSHI SAMBA standards
- Coordinate the delivery of all food items within the required time standards
- Demonstrate product standards and knowledge
- Prepare and plate food items according to specifications and preset time limits
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- Communicate any product run outs, equipment issues and service issues
- Assist in the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas
