Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook as indicated in recipes
  • Ensure ingredients at the workstation are ready on time meeting preparation schedules to guarantee smooth delivery
  • Organize and clean the workstation according to the restaurant protocol
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation including kitchen equipment
  • Comply with health, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Guarantee the quality and freshness of ingredients and products
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks assigned by the line supervisor, sous chef, or executive chef
