Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- basic food handling training or certification preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- willingness to report unsafe conditions immediately
- good hygiene and grooming habits
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with working menus, recipe cards and photos
- ensure the special of the day is completed in a timely fashion
- maintain work areas clean and organized
- monitor the presentation and portioning of food according to standards
- monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines
- display knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling
- complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training
- report all unsafe conditions immediately
- set up, restock, maintain and clean food preparation areas
- attend all mandatory meetings
