  • Valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
  • Must have an accommodating attitude
  • Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time

Job Duties

  • Possesses thorough knowledge of food and menu in order to answer all questions from staff
  • Rotation of hot and cold stations
  • Daily prep for the day and week
  • Learning and execution of menu offerings
  • Performs opening and closing side work
  • Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
