Job Requirements
- Must hold a California Food Handlers card
- If expired, must renew
- Must have a minimum of 12 consecutive months of employment in a kitchen
- Must have experience with food prep and knife skills
- Experience with black top grill a plus

- Ability to assist customers with meal orders
- Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Food prep/cooking
- Menu options-pastas, pizzas, Mexican food, Chinese food, breakfast grill, lunch grill and grab n' go meals
- Setting up, take down of stations, cleaning stations, dishes, sweeping of kitchen and mopping of kitchen area
- Putting deliveries away in designated area
- Able to assist customers with meal orders at each station
- Assisting with the cleanliness of the cafeteria, kitchen and eating area
