One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills

Job Duties

Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently preparing high quality menu items ordered by the guest
Ensure safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
Support your crew by fostering teamwork and a positive work environment
