Job Duties

  • Ensure station readiness and proper uniform at scheduled times

  • Adhere 100 percent to recipes when prepping or assisting in food production
  • Perform portion control using scales, spoons, and recipe cards
  • Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and in like-new condition
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently to meet productivity standards
  • Stock supplies ahead of rush periods
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following OSHA guidelines
  • Practice safe food handling
  • Receive, rotate, and stock food supplies
  • Provide prep support as needed
