Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • food handler certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • experience as a line cook or similar role in a high volume restaurant environment
  • knowledge of back of house cooking techniques
  • ability to prepare a variety of dishes including hot and cold items
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  • food safety certification preferred
  • previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • prepare hot and cold components to precise standards
  • ensure every cooked menu item is delivered at peak quality
  • coordinate with assembly and prep teams to guarantee seamless service
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • manage time efficiently during service periods
  • assist in inventory and stock management
  • uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations
