Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
compliance with pre-employment drug screening
excellent personal hygiene and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
strong teamwork and communication skills
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
culinary degree or certification is a plus

Job Duties

prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
ensure proper food storage and inventory management
assist with menu planning and development
collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service
follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
support catering and special event food preparation
