Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food handler's certification maintained
- At least 2 years of relevant cooking experience
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds when necessary
- Authorized to work legally in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare dishes to meet guest preferences using full understanding of menus and recipes
- Maintain open communication with front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest order delivery
- Assist in putting away deliveries, storage rotation, and cooler organization
- Maintain correct par levels and minimize waste
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness to health codes
- Adhere to cleaning schedules including setup and breakdown
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and report hazards
- Report punctually for all shifts in proper attire and hygiene
- Multitask efficiently under pressure to produce menu items
- Complete daily prep tasks per station on time and to standard
- Train junior team members and foster a positive kitchen environment
- Encourage teamwork and positivity during high-pressure situations
