Job Duties
- Prepare and execute sushi menu items according to company recipes and guest requests
- maintain proper handling and storage of raw fish and seafood in compliance with food safety guidelines
- deliver consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all sushi offerings
- complete daily station setup, mise en place, and breakdown
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the sushi station at all times
- collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timing
- follow portion control and minimize waste while meeting food cost goals
- support with inventory, storage, and rotation of seafood and dry goods
- adhere to all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards
