Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Open availability
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- Active California Food Handlers Certificate/Card required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 3 or more hours per day
- Must be able to use hands repetitively for grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- May be exposed to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with appropriate recipes and presentation on a consistent basis
- Provide consistent safe and sanitary food storage, preparation, and cooking
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- Recognize and follow quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and grains, including proper storage
- Utilize leftovers effectively and control waste
- Follow direction and be flexible
- Work as a team player in a small confined space
