Job Requirements
- 5 plus years industry experience
- Able to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
- Necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees
- Working knowledge of all mother and minor sauces
- Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
- Knowledge of specialized equipment: mastering slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, convection ovens
- Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer's needs in a timely manner

- Ability to cook proteins to pre-determined temperatures
- Possession of necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Working knowledge of all mother and minor sauces
- Working knowledge of proper butchering techniques
- Skilled in operating specialized kitchen equipment including slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to adjust food preparations for flavor and accommodate customer needs timely
Job Duties
- Prepare new menu items with attention to detail and quality
- Guide and mentor line cooks to maintain kitchen standards
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Ensure sanitary and well-maintained food preparation areas
- Handle food safely following established protocols
- Perform opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Accommodate customer needs promptly and professionally
