Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 or older
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • ability to handle kitchen environment and equipment safely
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food using various cooking methods including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • adhere to all food safety and cleanliness regulations
  • maintain high quality and presentation standards for all dishes
  • ensure timely and efficient food preparation to meet demand
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
  • keep kitchen area clean and organized
  • support team efforts and communicate effectively with front of house and other staff
