Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- legal authorization to work in the country
- ability to handle kitchen environment and equipment safely
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to following safety and cleanliness protocols
- physical stamina to meet job demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or line cook experience advantageous but not required
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills

- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare food using various cooking methods including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- adhere to all food safety and cleanliness regulations
- maintain high quality and presentation standards for all dishes
- ensure timely and efficient food preparation to meet demand
- collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
- keep kitchen area clean and organized
- support team efforts and communicate effectively with front of house and other staff
