Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain quality of assigned menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure station readiness and proper uniform at scheduled times
- Maintain a brisk, steady, and organized work pace without unnecessary steps
- Adhere strictly to 100% recipe knowledge during preparation and production
- Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness practicing clean-as-you-go
- Meet productivity standards by balancing quality and quantity of work completed
- Organize supplies effectively and stock prior to rush periods
- Work cooperatively within a team environment
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines ensuring a safe working environment
- Practice safe food handling procedures
- Receive, rotate, and stock food supplies as assigned
- Provide prep support when needed
