  • must be 17 years or older
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • ensure safe food handling and cleanliness rules are followed
  • maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • collaborate with team members to meet meal preparation times
  • assist in inventory and stock management
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • provide high-quality food consistently
