Job Requirements

  • capacity to work in temperatures of 70 to 110 degrees
  • willingness to perform extensive cleaning duties
  • availability for part-time work
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies
  • physical agility including adjusting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • No formal education requirements
  • previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
  • ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
  • physical capability to lift and carry weights up to 75lbs
  • competency in using kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, knives, mixers, and slicers
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Grill, saute, broil, cut Prime Rib, set and present plates, use fryer, cut meat
  • carry miscellaneous weights up to 75lbs
  • perform extensive cleaning from ceiling to floor
  • read, write, and verbally communicate effectively
  • prepare all food items according to company policies and procedures
  • manage fryer operations including selecting breading and frying items
  • organize and check plates and orders according to tickets
  • maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions
  • interact and cooperate in close quarters during kitchen operations
