Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in casual restaurant industry, preferred
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up the cook's station
- Maintain product presentation
- Maintain product quality
- Adhere to cook time standards
- Prepare all menu items according to Applebee's recipes and presentations
- Follow specifications for food preparation
