Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Capable of standing and walking for up to 8-hour shifts
  • Able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed
  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers with dexterity
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Requires good close and distance vision
  • Quick and unencumbered logic and thinking process

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Certificate in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking

Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate high-quality meals according to chef's specifications
  • Work at designated kitchen stations such as grill, sauté, or fryer
  • Assemble ingredients and prep food efficiently
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously with coordination among kitchen staff
  • Monitor and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
