Job Requirements

  • Experience in leadership, management, demanding accountability and a high degree of training and teaching abilities
  • Flexible work schedules within a 24/7 work environment
  • Willingness to work during peak seasonal times and blackout periods for paid time off
  • Ability to lead the entire team to success with highest product quality and productivity output
  • Compliance with all food safety rules and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Be a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills required
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to read and interpret loading instructions, diagrams, and food menu specifications
  • Highly flexible and analytical, pro-active team player
  • Excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards
  • Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate, recognized by local authorities (e.g., SERV Safe)
  • Meticulous time management skills with the ultimate attention to detail
  • Airline catering industry knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Leadership, management and accountability
  • Passionate about gourmet food
  • Comply with all food safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to read and execute corporate recipes
  • Clean and sanitize station as needed and at end of shift
  • Keeping waste logs up-to-date for financial controlling review
  • Complete all FSQ logs in real time with accordance with FSQ standards
  • Follow working and batch recipes using the proper tools (e.g. scales, scoops etc.)
