Job Requirements

  • good communication skills
  • at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
  • able to work multiple kitchen stations
  • able to work under moderate supervision and training
  • wage range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour

  • perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
  • work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • provide direction in the supervisor's absence
  • maintain good communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • assist with training and supervising junior kitchen staff
  • ensure quality and presentation standards are met
  • comply with health and safety regulations
