Job Requirements
- good communication skills
- at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience
- culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling
- able to work multiple kitchen stations
- able to work under moderate supervision and training
- wage range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour

- maintain good communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- assist with training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- ensure quality and presentation standards are met
- comply with health and safety regulations
