Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment required
- Multi-station experience a plus
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Safe Food Handler certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for service including chopping, portioning, mixing, and measuring
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before each shift
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout service
- Label and store all food products properly after each shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training new kitchen team members as requested
- Communicate equipment or supply needs to management promptly
- Perform other duties as requested by management
