- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Develop your knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté and fry)
- Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
- Reach and recreate recipes
- Consistently prepare all food items to required standards
- Minimize food waste through cross utilization
- Work with culinary leadership to create menus reflecting seasonal availability
- Prepare ingredients by chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen items
- Maintain the quality of ingredients
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Maintain a passive leadership role in production from the kitchen staff
