Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of experience in quantity food preparation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • basic understanding of food safety policies
  • good teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare cold and hot food items and desserts in quantity determined by the menu
  • coordinate the preparation and successful completion of meals as determined by established procedure
  • assume responsibility in the absence of the supervisor
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to meet catering requisitions
  • assist in inventory management and stock control
