Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in quantity food preparation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- basic understanding of food safety policies
- good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare cold and hot food items and desserts in quantity determined by the menu
- coordinate the preparation and successful completion of meals as determined by established procedure
- assume responsibility in the absence of the supervisor
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet catering requisitions
- assist in inventory management and stock control
