Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week on day and evening shifts
  • Must be able to work every other weekend
  • Comfortable standing for eight hours per day
  • Basic ability to speak and understand English
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Able to handle all types of food products including pork, shellfish, beef, poultry, seafood, and vegetables

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in quantity food preparation
  • Experience with sautéing, grilling, butchering, and roasting
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare cold and hot food items and desserts according to menu specifications
  • Coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely completion
  • Handle various food products including pork, shellfish, beef, poultry, seafood, and vegetables
  • Follow established food preparation procedures and recipes
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with team members
