Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Availability to work day and evening shifts
- Must work every other weekend
- Ability to stand for eight hours a day
- Basic English speaking and understanding ability
- Must be ServSafe certified
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in quantity food preparation

Job Duties
- Prepare cold and hot food items and desserts in quantity as per menu
- Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of meals following established procedures
- Handle various types of food products including pork, shellfish, beef, poultry, seafood, and vegetables
- Follow recipes and demonstrate skills in sautéing, grilling, butchering, and roasting
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments
- Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the food preparation area
