Job Requirements

Ability to speak, read, and write English
Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel, and crouch more than 50 percent of the time
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Must be able to verbally communicate with employees at all times
Experience working in high-end restaurant kitchens for 2 or more years
Culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship

Job Qualifications

Culinary degree from an accredited school preferred or completion of an apprenticeship program
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end restaurant environments
Thorough knowledge of food service sanitation standards
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operation
Experience with grilling and sautéing
Excellent knife skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
