Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • Courteous and respectful attitude
  • Reliable work ethic
  • Preferably one year of mechanical experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Enjoy working outdoors

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • Courteous and respectful attitude
  • Strong eye for quality and customer service
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and operation of ground support equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
  • Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • Handling ramp operations while adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
  • Assisting with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
