Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- Courteous and respectful attitude
- Reliable work ethic
- Preferably one year of mechanical experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Strong focus on customer service
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

- Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and operation of ground support equipment
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- Handling ramp operations while adhering to safety and quality standards
- Providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- Assisting with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
