Job Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
- basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- a courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
- preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
- must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
- a strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
- ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties
- Safely handle aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to highest safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- support a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards or issues promptly
- handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- provide porter services delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- assist with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
- operate ground support equipment such as GPU, water, lavatory services with care and precision
- keep supplies stocked and areas clean by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
- report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to maintain smooth and safe operations
