Job Requirements
- A high school diploma GED or equivalent education
- a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
- basic English communication skills B1 level or above
- a courteous respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
- preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours – rain or shine
- must be able to handle the demands of an active on-the-move role
- a strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
- the ability to stay cool calm and collected under pressure
- someone who takes pride in doing things right enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
- maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to the highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- provide porter services delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
- assist with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
