Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma GED or equivalent education
  • a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
  • basic English communication skills B1 level or above
  • a courteous respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
  • preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours – rain or shine
  • must be able to handle the demands of an active on-the-move role
  • a strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
  • the ability to stay cool calm and collected under pressure
  • someone who takes pride in doing things right enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
  • delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
  • maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to the highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
  • supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • provide porter services delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
  • assist with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
