Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- valid driver’s license and strong sense of responsibility
- basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- providing porter services such as delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- assisting with aircraft movements including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
- operating ground support equipment like GPU, water, and lavatory services with care and precision
- supporting safety and quality programs actively
- reporting hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences
