Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic English communication skills B1 level or above
- Courteous respectful attitude and reliable work ethic
- Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
- Must be able to handle the demands of an active on-the-move role
- Strong eye for quality and natural focus on customer service
- Ability to stay cool calm and collected under pressure
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
- Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
- Maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to the highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
- Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- Handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- Providing porter services including delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
- Assisting with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
- Operating ground support equipment such as GPU water and lavatory services with care and precision
- Keeping things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items ice coffee and cleaning duties
- Reporting any hazards near misses or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
