Job Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
- basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
- a courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
- preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
- must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
- a strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
- ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- assisting with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
- operating ground support equipment with care and precision
- keeping facilities stocked and clean by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
- actively participating in safety and quality programs
- reporting hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to maintain smooth and safe operations
