Job Requirements

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility
  • basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
  • a courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
  • preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
  • must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
  • a strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
  • ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
  • someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
  • delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
  • maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
  • assisting with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
  • operating ground support equipment with care and precision
  • keeping facilities stocked and clean by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
  • actively participating in safety and quality programs
  • reporting hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to maintain smooth and safe operations
