Job Requirements
- high school diploma GED or equivalent education
- valid driver's license
- basic English communication skills B1 level or above
- courteous respectful attitude
- reliable work ethic
- preferably one year of mechanical experience
- preferred direct line and ramp experience
- willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
- ability to manage physical demands of an active role

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent education

- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
- maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- providing porter services such as delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
- assisting with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
- operating ground support equipment such as GPU water lavatory services with care and precision
- keeping things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items ice coffee and cleaning duties
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
- reporting any hazards near misses or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
