Job Requirements

  • high school diploma GED or equivalent education
  • valid driver's license
  • basic English communication skills B1 level or above
  • courteous respectful attitude
  • reliable work ethic
  • preferably one year of mechanical experience
  • preferred direct line and ramp experience
  • willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
  • ability to manage physical demands of an active role
  • strong focus on customer service
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • pride in quality work
  • enjoyment of outdoor work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent education
  • valid driver's license with a strong sense of responsibility
  • basic English communication skills B1 level or above

  • direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
  • delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
  • maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
  • supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • providing porter services such as delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
  • assisting with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
  • operating ground support equipment such as GPU water lavatory services with care and precision
  • keeping things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items ice coffee and cleaning duties
  • supporting a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
  • reporting any hazards near misses or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
