Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- valid driver's license
- basic English communication skills at B1 level or above
- courteous and respectful attitude
- reliable work ethic
- preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
- direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours in all weather conditions
- ability to handle an active, on-the-move role
- strong eye for quality and natural focus on customer service
- ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- must enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing things right

Job Duties
- Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment
- delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities
- maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
- handling ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
- providing porter services including delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
- assisting with aircraft movements such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
