Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma GED or equivalent education
  • A valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Basic English communication skills B1 level or above
  • A courteous respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
  • Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience
  • Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours rain or shine
  • Must be able to handle the demands of an active on-the-move role
  • A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
  • The ability to stay cool calm and collected under pressure
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys working outdoors

Job Duties

  • Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling towing marshalling and ground support equipment
  • Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage transportation and amenities
  • Maintaining facilities equipment and supplies to the highest standards of safety quality and cleanliness
  • Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues
  • Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
  • Provide porter services including delivering luggage cargo and transporting crew and passengers
  • Assist with aircraft movements including towing pushback marshalling and disconnecting
  • Operate ground support equipment such as GPU water and lavatory services with care and precision
  • Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items ice coffee and cleaning duties
  • Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
  • Report any hazards near misses or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
