Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality
- valid food handler's card where required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- ability to perform physical tasks required in a kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
- maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
- complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- work a flexible schedule as required by business needs
- ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
