Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age and have a current food handler's card
  • preferably 2 years of line cook experience in a medium- to high-volume concept
  • trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
  • ability to multi task under pressure
  • great communication skills

  • ability to multi task under pressure and the ability to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities
  • great communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with chef, sous chef, gm, and foh

Job Duties

  • prepares food from our eclectic menu which includes many locally-sourced ingredients
  • know and comply consistently with our standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
  • focuses on clean work space and environment
  • provides excellent quality and presentation of all food to the guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
