Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age and have a current food handler's card
- preferably 2 years of line cook experience in a medium- to high-volume concept
- trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment
- ability to multi task under pressure
- great communication skills

- great communication skills, ability to communicate clearly with chef, sous chef, gm, and foh
Job Duties
- prepares food from our eclectic menu which includes many locally-sourced ingredients
- know and comply consistently with our standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period
- focuses on clean work space and environment
- provides excellent quality and presentation of all food to the guests while maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen
