Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays
  • must obtain ServeSafe certification
  • knowledge of safe food handling and storage procedures
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • physical ability to handle kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties

  • work directly with culinary team using state of the art equipment to prep fresh ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and cutting meat
  • prepare, label and stock ingredients while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
  • prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
  • interact with guests showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication towards hospitality
  • assist in training new culinary hires
  • communicate inventory and kitchen needs to Chef including prep, grab and go items, cleaning and sanitization items and paper goods
  • follow and perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
