Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Pennsylvania State EMT or Paramedic credential
- applicable state certification(s)
- effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 1+ years experience as an EMS provider preferred
- 911 experience preferred
- effective customer service skills
- working understanding special event operations and customer service

Job Duties
- Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plan
- deliver on-site BLS level care according to medical guidelines and protocols
- calmly respond to calls for emergency medical assistance and public safety issues
- coordinate and arrange patient transport to higher levels of care
- communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials
- utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide patient care
- generate and submit required response and patient care documentation
