Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- successfully complete a background check
- have the physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean areas at different heights and complete cleaning duties as instructed
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- possess a valid driver’s license if applying for team leader position
- adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- ability to follow step-by-step cleaning procedures
- good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- capacity to work physically demanding tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- valid driver’s license required for team leaders
- willingness to work full-time daytime hours
- strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Clean clients houses with Molly Maid quality following established processes
- communicate with clients and team members in a polite, positive, and professional manner
- delight customers with excellent service to encourage repeat business
- administer team schedules and drive company vehicle if assigned as team leader
- ensure all necessary cleaning supplies are stocked and ready in the company vehicle
- maintain attentiveness to detail and quality in all cleaning tasks
- foster a friendly and supportive team environment
