Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean areas of different heights, and complete cleaning assignments as directed
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
- Reliable transportation for daily commute if not using company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean clients' homes with Molly Maid quality following the proven cleaning process
- Communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage team schedules and drive safely if acting as a team leader
- Ensure the company vehicle is stocked with all necessary cleaning products for the scheduled jobs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail to delight customers
- Follow the company’s system to encourage repeat service and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer interactions to foster trust and gain tips
