Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean areas at different heights, and complete cleaning tasks as directed
- availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
- bilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid quality standards
- delight clients using the proven cleaning system
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- maintain all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
- ensure timely arrival to all appointments
- promote high standards of service to encourage repeat business
- if team leader, manage team schedule and drive the company vehicle safely
- prepare vehicle with appropriate supplies for each cleaning job
