Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and clean areas at different heights according to house cleaning instructions
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
- valid driver's license if able to drive company vehicle

- physically capable of performing cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working at various heights

Job Duties
- Clean clients' homes to Molly Maid quality standards using the proven cleaning process
- communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- maintain organized appointment schedules and prepare all necessary cleaning supplies
- provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business and earns tips
- for team leaders, manage team schedules and safely drive company vehicles
- ensure company vehicles are stocked with appropriate cleaning products and materials
- promote a positive work environment and support team growth
