Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and clean various surfaces
- availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm
- willingness to follow company procedures
- reliable and punctual
- ability to engage professionally with clients and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- valid driver’s license (for team leaders)
Job Duties
- Clean client homes following Molly Maid quality standards
- communicate politely and professionally with clients and team members
- follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- accept and manage customer tips
- maintain cleanliness supplies and equipment
- manage team schedules and drive company vehicles (for team leaders)
- ensure readiness of cleaning supplies for each job (for team leaders)
