Job Requirements
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Have physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, clean at various heights, and follow cleaning instructions
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- Preferably bilingual and able to communicate effectively with clients
- Hold a valid driver’s license if applying for team leader positions
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to learn and follow standardized cleaning processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Valid driver’s license required for team leaders who operate company vehicles
- Bilingual ability preferred
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with diverse clients and team members
Job Duties
- Clean clients' homes following the Molly Maid quality process
- Communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Delight customers to encourage repeat service and earn potential tips
- For team leaders, manage team schedules and drive company vehicles safely
- Ensure supplies and products are ready and available for each cleaning appointment
- Maintain attention to detail to deliver high-quality cleaning results
- Foster a team environment and assist in training new staff
